Six Sigma Master Black Belt is a classroom program where practicing Six Sigma Black Belts who have completed three Six Sigma projects will be eligible to enroll for this Program. The Master Black Belt Program will enable a participant to deploy Six Sigma to any organisation as an effective mentor. A Master Black Belt (MBB) will be able to effectively train and coach at all levels including the leadership team, sponsor, champion, Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt on all the related disciplines including DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma and Business Analytic using Data Mining. Our MBB would be able to act as a guide to any organisation to enable sustainable, predictable and desirable growth in profits.
